Follow the call…

I don’t know about you, but destiny has been calling me my whole life! Sometimes it’s not a real clear path and sometimes it is loud and clear! One thing that I do know is that if I start getting off in the wrong direction there will be something that snaps me back into place.

There are so many times that I will just think it is completely gone and I will think, “Oh good! Now I can just be a normal person!” But NO… it always shows up again and it always gets rolling again! I really am glad though, because I KNOW I am supposed to be doing it, I just don’t always know how!

Sometimes we just have to blunder along the way a little to run right back into that thing!! Really, it’s a part of us and it is our destiny! So we can run but we can’t hide!! Do you have something that keeps popping up… just a gut feeling and a “knowing” that you have to be doing something?

I want to encourage you today…keep listening to that still, small voice inside and you for sure will do the right thing! There are obstacles along the way… there are for sure distractions. But you listen to that voice and you WILL fulfill your destiny.

People can even mislead you by wanting you to do other things…some can do the other things…but not you, you are chosen! You have to stay on that narrow path or it just won’t work out for you! You are the only one on earth that can do this! Your life has taught you how to do it!!

Just jump in!! Don’t run anymore!! Come into agreement with it and own it!! Once you do, you won’t believe the miracles that can happen! Finances will come in, good fruit starts coming forth!! You will get all kinds of confirmations!

Don’t give up!!

Listen to the still, small voice!!

Destiny awaits!!

Only YOU can do it!!

There WILL be a way, where there seems to be no way!!

See you soon!!❤️

Day after Birthday❣️

So grateful for all of the special friends and loved ones that wished me such wonderful Birthday wishes yesterday! I am so blessed with many friends and people in my life❣️ I am also grateful for the lessons that I have learned along the way.

No matter what you have and what you acquire in this world, it’s good to keep your feet planted firmly on the ground. It’s good to be simple and remain in reality. It’s ok to get excited about things, it’s ok to learn and grow in new ways, but the main thing is hanging on to you and your purpose and what you bring to this Earth.

Sometimes it may be something as simple as sitting with a sick friend, sometimes it may be watching your grandchildren…and other times it may be something more grand and large. We have no control of the grand and large things and can’t sit and be sad if those days aren’t here! We have to embrace the everyday mundane and quiet times and find the little treasures in each day. It’s not really good for us to get everything we want all the time…we don’t appreciate it and it’s not as valuable.

It’s wonderful to be able to get excited over itsy, bitsy things! To find the joy in these things! To be grateful for these things! To know that the grass is not greener on the other side and the happiness and joy that we have comes mostly in how we look at things!

It’s the little surprises along the way… the little joys, the nice thing that someone may say, the way a problem that was insurmountable works out, the little surprises! Don’t loose the wonder… the knowing that the surprises are around the corner… the knowing that even though you have had many bleak days there is going to be a little surprise coming! Maybe not an ENORMOUS breakthrough but maybe a small new truth in your life!!

It’s all about our gratitude, acceptance, surprises, and little joys along the way! It’s all about HOPE!

How

Our

Perception is

Everything!!

Can you wrap your mind around that? It’s what I learned through suffering and I wouldn’t trade that lesson for anything!

Enjoy right where you are!

Embrace little surprises!

Keep it simple!

The little things are as good as the BIG things!

Don’t give up HOPE!

There’s a surprise in every hard day!!

See you soon❣️

Feel the beauty inside…

Just some honesty coming forth today. We can’t judge our worth by how people treat us. Many people aren’t good with an encouraging word… many people aren’t good with a compliment… many people are tied up in what’s going on within them.

We can’t get our happiness inside from what other people give to us. They are imperfect people. They hurt, they have drama, they have trauma. It has to come from a source bigger than that!

That’s probably the biggest lesson to learn in life…confidence has to be developed. Confidence comes from the inside, from the heart. It’s not about building a tough wall around your heart. It’s about a change of heart.

It’s about accepting a power greater than yourself to love you! It’s about loving yourself! It’s about celebrating yourself! It’s about enjoying yourself and even learning from yourself!

It’s not selfish to do that! We can’t love others fully without doing that! We would be too wounded!! We would be full of bitterness and unforgiveness!! We have to be full of love!!

You know it is better for us to see something exactly in the light of what it is, than to keep expecting something to come out of it that isn’t possible. In other words if someone just continually cannot be there for you, it is better to say, “They are human, they aren’t able to perfectly love me.” Than to keep expecting something to come out of them that they aren’t capable of delivering.

Let’s face it, people are people, they can’t meet all of our needs, and we can’t meet all of theirs! In our relationships we want people that do genuinely care about us and we can see that they do. They have a conscience. They have something to give back to us, not just all taking. They are an asset not a liability. There is a trust there.

But when people end we have to seek love from God and ourselves!

Learn to love you!

Learn to receive from others and God!

Learn that you are NEVER alone!

Develop your confidence!

Know that you are beautiful without needing someone to tell you!!

See you soon!!💖

Life is about process…

The moment we think that we may have arrived someplace in our life, we see that we are in a process again. Process is not negative it is change and it is exciting!

When you are creating something you throw many things away to make a new thing. Just like it is with our lives. We throw many things away to find the true path.

The things that are not supposed to be in our lives are always being thrown aside to make way for the new. NOTHING is wasted along the path. We made an ad a few weeks back and I sent it out… our purpose has already changed and we are in the process of making a new one.

This is so, so true… what did we learn in the first ad that we made? Many things! If we learn something, even in a failure, it is not wasted. It will be used to help perfect the next one that we make, which is being put together!

We went and saw a movie last night that was put together by a complete amateur. We got to shake his hand, talk to him, and see that someone that totally knew NOTHING about what he was doing, pulled this off and people are watching it.

It takes courage to step out and do that and you know that he made mistakes along the way, but stepping out and failing is better than sitting back and doing nothing!

Go ahead and fail forward in anything that you do… it’s the only way to grow and learn. It’s about progress not perfection!! So get in a process and start making progress!! You can for sure accomplish what you are supposed to be doing if you take that first step!!

Step out there!!

You CAN do it!!

Learn to FAIL forward!

Mainly don’t give up when things are imperfect!

Progress NOT perfection!!

You got this!!

See you soon!!❤️

Talk about Restoration…

Well on Saturday we got to join my 2 stepbrothers, whom I had never met, my husband, Dad, brother, and nephew to clean out my Dad’s home that we had just moved him out of.

He had left my mom after 44 years of marriage and married another woman. This had happened 20 something years ago. I’m sure you can imagine that this was quite a sad day! I prayed for him for many years that I would get to talk to him and be around him before he passed away.

Well this process started and we went and moved all of his things out. There had been a period of time that I didn’t get to be in touch with him and I thought about different things that he had wood carved and was sorry that I didn’t get any of them. I had thought about all of the home movies that he had taken and I probably would never see them again.

I just have to share, I got to stand in a room of my 95 year old Dad’s house and remind him of things like the movies and he would practically run to get them. We got in the top of a closet and there was a beautiful hand carved nativity scene that my Dad had hand carved….I have wanted one of those all my life!! 😵

Then he handed me the letter that I had sent him trying to get him to wake up and come home… he had kept it all those years. My stepbrothers would joke and laugh about how they knew someone that wanted to buy these things and my Dad said, “No!! These are hers!!” He fought for me more powerful than he ever had in my life!!

He then gave me this:

And this:

The most important thing was that we got him back. How many of you are waiting to get someone to come back that you have had to let go of? I couldn’t imagine how there would ever be restoration for any of this but there is always HOPE for RESTORATION.

Marty and I got to watch the home movies that my Dad had turned into DVDs. He got to see our family vacations and our family’s Christmas together. Such special memories. I even got to show some of them to my 91 year old Mom yesterday! Who would have thought I would get to do that one day. I am so grateful!💜

Always HOPE!

Always BELIEVE!

It may not get answered how we thought it would but something good will happen!

Be willing to SHIFT your thinking!!

You have a story that will turn out well!!

Never give up!!

See you soon!!❤️
