After spending my time in meditation this morning, I realized that what God was telling me is, “You are enough.” I thought, “What does this mean?” It means the same thing that it meant when I was in the hard, hard places, it means the same thing as it did when it felt like I was the biggest mess ever, it means exactly what my Father (God) has always taught me… through Him, I am enough.

This is a hard concept to wrap your mind around, because it is a heart thing. You have to be able to receive this in your heart. I learned this in a place of desperation , I always have so many distractions to keep me from getting this message out. I always think I need to do something, to learn more, to listen to what this person or that person has to say… He says, “You are enough!”

I’m not sure, but I think that means right now, I am! Just exactly the way I am, with my imperfections, with other people’s imperfections, with rejection, pain and all of it! I have got to stay focused on exactly what He wants me to be doing, because that is what helps others too. I have to stay focused and in my lane… all I have to do is enjoy my life. I do not have to “DO” anything to please anyone else.

I choose today to renounce and let go of ALL expectations of me that are not from Him. He created me and He is the one that leads and guides me. I have a great group around me that supports me, I have been blessed, even just this year, financially, and all of the tools and things that I have learned through the years are getting aligned!! I had lots of trauma to get free from and I am no longer in that place.

Faith, vision, hope and trust REALLY do bring all of the things that we have been waiting for. I’m not saying that bad things won’t happen on this Earth, that’s a given, but our perspective and how we handle it will change! The more positivity that we have, the more we attract positivity! We don’t have to go searching for things… it will come to us!

I just recently wrote a poem that will come out in the new book that I’m writing:

“Restored to Bloom”

I started out so bright and shining,

Through many days so blissful and free.

Then trauma set in and dampened the bloom,

Many times too foggy to see.

Walking through life

The stormy weather came

So much opposition, digging up my roots

I would never be the same.

Swimming upstream

With joy all along the way.

With a broken heart

Waiting for a better day.

The fleeting better days would come

They’d water me and watch me grow

But that storm came along

And gave me a heavy blow.

The sun would shine and warm me up

I’d stretch up taller to the sky

I’d never stretched this tall before

But knocked down low, I thought I’d die.

The water from the rain came

The dirt plowed just right

I stood up taller and taller

I knew it wasn’t by my might.

It all came together one day

It didn’t happen in one big boom

The sun, the rain, the soil-without my might

And I was “Restored to Bloom!”

I want to encourage us today to be listening to the right voice speaking to our heart. The voice that truly created us, the One that knows all about us!! He really does care, and when we get the right perspective on it, we can see that!!

I have learned the lessons, I have fought through the battles, I have listened and been teachable….Now…. Restored to Bloom!

Let’s do what we have to do to make it!

We all have a purpose!!

All of us!!

We just have to hear the right voice to be the right voice!

You are enough, right where you are!

I have been getting ladies together every year having Vision Board parties. It has been so fun and the last one we had, a lady actually spoke to me, “You are going to receive as many blessings as all of these ladies put together for having these gatherings.” I thought, “Wow that’s lots!” But I have to say that EVERYTHING on my Vision Board is coming to pass this year in a remarkable way!!

I have had amazing things coming across my path!I have reached a place of freedom and a place of staying out of negativity and drama. The more we focus on positive things and hear the Father’s Voice, the more positive things come our way!! We are meant to have life more abundantly!!

Financial blessings have come our way this year…we got our debt paid off, now heading to more financially per month. I was always pretty positive, but I hadn’t been able to get my Christian walk activated in enough power to help me overcome the drama and negativity.

I realize that I have to have these power moments of meditation everyday to help activate momentum and velocity in my life. I will put another one on today. I am in the process of getting a YouTube channel going to post all the many different subjects that I come up with that we deal with in life.

If we can’t get to a place of clarity and peace in our hearts and mind each day, we can’t walk out our destiny. I have so many different relationships and people coming across my path and I have to get peace of mind, clarity and truth in operation.

I have had a busy summer and many different things have happened. If you’ve been here a while you would know that Marty and I were to be qualified to work for a Healing House Network.

We had been going the direction of designing our own brand after I published a book, and the coach that I was working with suddenly came down with a brain tumor.

One night I had a dream and I saw a “Y” in the road and knew that we were supposed to go another direction. I automatically thought this meant toward the Healing House Network. We started doing everything that we could to pursue it, along with a financial blessing from someone to help.

We would have been having people sent to us and we would minister to them. One morning before the sweet lady came to our home I started crying in the shower and my heart was for the region that we live in. I’ve lived here for 15 years and I’ve seen the hardship and struggles that some of the folks have here. Every region has their own struggles.

I’m thankful for the freedom that Marty and I have received, through Restoring the Foundations and Recovery Meetings, along with our Pastor and Church so that we can survive and thrive here. The lady that was my coach did pass away but I learned many things from her and she had so much encouragement and belief in what we represent.

I started thinking that morning that we were supposed to stay connected with our Pastor and our Church and concentrate on anyone in this region that needs help. The couple that got ministry while we were being “qualified” have changed lives now and we are so grateful for that.

The day after we made the decision to stay connected with our Pastor we received a financial blessing that paid for all money that we had paid for coaching, courses, qualifying and anything else that we had spent money for. We got a pontoon boat too. We just had to have fun in our process.

I’ve learned along the way that many things are just “stepping stones” toward the real picture and that’s what these things had been. Another door had been closed. It takes a minute (or months) sometimes to process what has been going on.

Sure enough another piece of the puzzle has shown up. I had just been introduced to another ministry very similar to what we had been going through and was taking a course, along with writing a 3rd book. I was talking a lot about memories and emotions in my book when I got an email from this new ministry telling me that they had been working on a course about healing emotions for a year.

Well, I had already been involved in classes, coaches, courses and anything else you can think of and Marty was about to the end of his rope with it and didn’t want to get debt rolling again after it had just been paid off. I listened to some of the free sessions and it talked a lot about meditation and healing emotions and actually walking through these meditations to get free and hear your Father’s voice.

I finally convinced him that I HAD to do this and I must say that it’s the wisest $97 dollars that I ever spent. I am still not to the end of the course but I have seen an example of what I have in my heart to do. Oh and the $97 didn’t get us in any debt anyway.

I have always been a hairstylist and interested in spa related things and this brings many things together for me…healing spiritually, physically and emotionally… that’s been my dream that God put in my heart forever. Another tool in our belt. I was excited to hear that they are in good relationship with the other ministry that we had been involved in.

I am going to try to put an example of what I’m doing on here, this is just a baby step of it all, but it’s a stepping stone.

My last question was finding your why… this time the question is Where are you headed?

Are you feeling passionate about something and keep running into something around you that you are finding solutions for, but you see a group of people going around and around the same old mountain and never finding the solution.

You may be a forerunner for a certain cause! A forerunner is a person or thing that precedes the coming or development of something or someone else.

This means change within us, and it also means within the people we deal with and our atmosphere. Sometimes we have to step back from status quo thinking and work on ourselves. We have to find solutions in our lives so we can help find solutions in the lives of others.

It’s not easy being a creator…sometimes people think you are crazy, sometimes people don’t want to follow and sometimes they don’t even understand what you are saying. That’s okay, there will be the ones that need to hear your voice…that are tired of being stuck and want to change.

Insanity is doing things the same way and expecting a different result. Insanity is being stuck and being in a rut. There are so many different “systems” that families, businesses, and churches have. I think one of the biggest mistake most “groups” have is getting stuck in the same old patterns and not being willing and open to the new!!

Sometimes even the “new” is done in the same old way! I am someone that was thrown into change after change after change in my life so it made me comfortable with change and open to learn new ways of survival. Being in a box no longer works for me! I have seen a better way than that!

We have to do it ourselves!

We have to care about others!

We have to love relationship!

We have to understand boundaries!

We have to be in God’s will and purpose!

We have to be in the right timing!

We can do this!

I remember hearing this question many, many years ago. At the time I really wasn’t sure about my why. I had some thoughts about it, but not real positive what it was.

I knew that when I was raped that I was assured it was supposed to be used for a purpose. In fact, knowing that is what helped me survive and recover from it.

Many traumas that people go through are used down the road to make a mark in this world and help other people. I just didn’t know how to get started.

There were many, many steps along the way. Every step is getting closer. There are times to fall down, there are times that we think we have arrived, only to see that we are back at square one again… not one thing is wasted in the process.

EACH STEP IS IMPORTANT‼️ EACH STEP IS CREATING OUR WHY‼️

We don’t have to have the whole picture at the beginning…we just need to start! Any step that we can take is welcome. There were times that I was surrounded by so much darkness that the only step I could make was to go to a counselor. Yes, working on ourselves is probably one of the biggest, best steps that we can make for our progress!

Usually our thinking and our own mindsets would be exactly what would hold us back! They are not allowed to stay in order for us to move forward! We have to let ourselves be vulnerable and transparent and learn the lessons that we are supposed to learn along the way.

The lessons that cause us to die to the things that we thought we would do and pick up the plans and creativity that we are put on this earth to do! The things that we were put on earth to do are more supernatural than the things we thought we were supposed to do! At least mine have been!

Let’s face it we don’t go through a rape and not change to a different person. We don’t go through divorces and not change to a different person! We don’t walk through dark areas of life and not change into a different person! The thing that I personally learned was that if we make the right choices during that time, we have the authority to conquer those things and to help others do the same!

You can imagine that it has been a battle to get to the place where I have the confidence to open up and let my voice come forth. It also had to be tempered to the place where I didn’t just blurt out everything to everyone and that’s there all of the steps, little by little that I took were so powerful! They changed me from the inside out and gave me power to help others! It’s been hard, but hard is nothing… hard is a good thing! Hard makes it worthwhile!

We don’t need to try to keep people from anything that is hard… that is what makes us or breaks us! That’s where we get to the core of our being!

Step out and start!

It will change you!

It won’t be wasted!

Don’t despise humble beginnings!

You can do it!
